The 60" Smart HDTV comes with a complimentary Netflix subscription to keep you up-to-date with the latest show you've been bingeing. Whether you're looking to kick back and relax or catch up on your favorite shows, this living area has everything you need. Feeling like cozying up? Start up the fireplace and let the entire room feel like snug blankets covering you on a cold winter's day.

A game room features table tennis and various board games for our guests to enjoy. In addition, watch a sports game while enjoying the time with your group.

Theater Room:
Enjoy a movie in the isolated and private theater room. This room comes with comfortable bean bag chairs guests can relax on.

Kitchen:
The kitchen comes with all your basic cooking equipment, dishware, silverware (bowls, plates, cups, etc.), a stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, toaster, rice cooker, and Keurig coffee machine.

Dining Area:
The dining area has sleek and comfortable booth-style seating. For additional seating, wooden bar seats are situated at the kitchen counter.

Bathrooms:
This home has 2.0 full bathrooms, which includes all bathroom essentials and complimentary toiletries like plush white bath towels, a 5x magnifying makeup mirror, a plush makeup towel, and a travel-size hair dryer. The shower has a soap dispenser with a sulfate-free, 100% vegan shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Hot Tub:
Enhance your experience with a dip in the hot tub with your group and soak into serenity any time of the year. For your safety and comfort, we maintain the hot tub with the utmost care. The water is regularly tested and treated to ensure a clean and hygienic environment for every visit.

NOTE: To access the hot tub located in the front of the property, which is a premium feature, an extra fee will be charged.

Backyard:
Located in front of the property, the grill is available for your use in the backyard, which offers ample space for you and your group to relish the beautiful outdoors of Soda Springs. Enjoy cooking up a delightful afternoon meal while having a refreshing drink to enhance the social atmosphere of your group.
